If i remove a blueprint from sitting on the game's floor then server gets upset

This is just the blueprint. I use player start to spawn these in game as your starting character.

When I remove this, (so its not just a random ball doing nothing), the server then looks at a client’s camera instead. The server can still move but its not looking at his own camera. If i put the random useless blueprint back into the game, the server gets his camera back and both work fine.

Is that how it has to be, I have to put blueprints into the actual game ?
