If a website only use unreal create a 3d VR html 5 function , still I need to pay 5% of the all websites' income as royalty?

Hi,
I need the answer very urgently:

I am doing a VR function for a medical website now.

this is a big medical website , they need only a small function to show a 3d VR human body on a page, when user click the different part of the body, the name of the parts of the body sent to the doctor .
The website provide service both for patients and doctor, which have a huge income, there are many service in the website, the 3d VR page is only the tiny function.

This is a very small function. I will use unreal of course.

But as the website have a huge income each year, it is still 5% they need to pay?

I just have read the UNREALĀ® ENGINE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, I find there said: for all product, there need to pay 5%.

But for a product which use Unreal only in tiny part, what is the royalty fee need to pay?

And we all know, in the future, all website and even application with have some VR function, so it is very important to declare what is the royalty fee need to pay in a Unreal-As-Tiny-Part product.

I get a very good answer after I have contact with Simon Jones Director, Unreal Engine Enterprise.
Thank you Simon Jones and Unreal again.

I think Unreal is best choice to make VR html 5 function for webpage. I will use it.
