Hello! Just spent a good while gathering a good collection of IES profiles that you simply import into UE4 to use with your ligths. Creates great effects! (Check the “Realistic Rendering” example content).
Anyway, could not quickly find a good download for them, so I gathered what I could from Phillips and a blog I found.
