Identify what model of HMD is attached to SteamVR

Had the same issue and found the solution here:

VR Expansion Plugin (specifically Open VRExpansion Function Library)

Function: GetOpenVRHMDType

Even when strictly using SteamVR, it successfully identified my Oculus headset.
