Identical assets showing different UVs across different projects

Strange bug here:
Same material, same textures, same settings, different projects
1st image (UVS are correct) is 4.27
2nd image (body is wrong) is 4.27
3rd image (head is wrong) is 5.0
This makes me think its not an engine issue, tried rebuilding my DDC, didn’t help
Any ideas what might be happening?
