Ideas for a 3D aim offset blendspace

Hello,

I will have an aim offset for moving the arms around. With a 2d aim offset i can move left/right up/down but i cannot controll depth of the arm (how extended it is). Is there a way that I could make a 3d aim offset or something similar? Maybe combining a 2d aim offset for X and Y and then a 1D aim offset for depth (Z axis) I could simulate this? Any idea?

Hey, i thought about your idea. Maybe you could also use some scene component as an IK target for the hand. then you could move your Component via code in all axis.
