Ideal Machine within the budget for unreal engine 5

Despite having above high spec, still facing the below issues (I’m working on simulation use-case):

  • Video memory has been exhausted (1.60 GB over budget). Expect extremely poor performance.
  • Texture streaming pool over budget

Questions:
1-Why I’m facing these kind of issues, will I going to face more issues with these specs?
2- Need recommendations for Ideal Machine within budget
