IARC-provided age rating rejection because of Zipline? 1.18 Island Content Disclosures

All of my Only up islands and deathrun islands are rated E. I tried something new.
I added a zipline area to my “Christmas only up Easy checkpoints”. It got rejected for IIARC-provided age rating. No picture or any other information was provided. Is this another incorrect rejection? Should I appeal?

1.18 Island Content Disclosures - When answering the IARC Age Rating Questionnaire, you are required to accurately disclose relevant content within your Island in order to receive the correct age ratings.

Additional details: The content in your island does not align with your IARC-provided age rating.

I waited a couple days then filed an appeal today. Appeal was reviewed and sanction was lifted. Not sure what happened, just grateful it is approved again. Now my Christmas Only up Easy Checkpoints has ziplines. :santa_claus: :grinning_face:
