I would like to appologise for my rotten, unnecessary behaviour… I promise from now I will do my best to be a better member and less sincere and more helpful, and more thankful for the positive help I get. So from now on guys what do you say we call this a truce…

A well meant apology is a great thing, however your declaration that you intend to be "less sincere’ seems to undermine your statement somewhat.
Perhaps you could clear that up ?
I think we all understood what he meant to say. That was an unnecessary thing of you to say. 
My behaviour on all sorts of forums has been terrible in the past. I blame the Internet.
Making nice makes everyone feel nice.
