I would like some help with my Game Brouser or Epic Games Launcher ay i have help fixing it?

So I was going to play some Fortnight a few weeks ago with my friend and when I got off to sleep the Epic Games code must have processed me still playing the game even though I was never playing. So when I went to play some Fortnight it seemed that it stayed saying that the game was running. I waited and I had already sent a Email but the transaction never went though to the bug fixers so I went and get to this area. If I must delete my account may I have some help redeeming all that I lost? If not then that will be fine but I did in fact buy the starter pack and I had three hundred VBucks already stored up, and got to level 18 to make it so that I could get the battle pass. I would love it if we can sort out this problem as soon as possible.
