I work in Twinmotion 2022.2.3. I have problem with vegetation paint. When I reload my sketchup model i lost all painted vegetation. ( I think this problem occurs when I have to adjust in the sketchup model and then refresh the model in Twinmotion.)

The second problem is importing materials from Sketchup. The material was scaled but I didn't change anything in the scale settings in Twimnomtion. I checked the settings and they were all correct. I don't understand why this material was scaled up.

I imported the same model into a new Twinmotion file and the material scale was correct. I don't know what the problem is?

Hi ,

Regarding the vegetation paint, if you modify the geometry that you painted over, then the painted vegetation would disappear since the geometry it was attached to is no longer the same. If you modified other geometry, then the vegetation should stay since the attached geometry wasn't changed.

For your material scaling, I would need a closer look to identify the issue. If you could submit a bug report at6 https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page with your SketchUp and Twinmotion files, our support team can assist further. When sharing your Twinmotion file, make sure to package the file using the Resource Collector in Twinmotion (Edit menu > Resource Collector > Compress files) so that your material/texture data is saved when you share.

Hallo Raghib.K,

Thank you for the quick reply.

Unfortunately, I dont have longer a file with incorrectly imported textures. I deleted the sketchup file from Twinmotion and imported it again. The problem with rescaled material has disappeared. If I have this problem again, I will send the file.

Best,

Dorota.
