I want UE to package a text file in the root of the WhateverNoEditor, how?

I want to have license/credits/version file in the project and I want it to be present right next to the gamename.sh/exe file.
Where should I start?

It seems there’s no way, but it is possible to copy some content (set in the Packaging section in the project’s settings).
I guess I can copy it whenever want later using a custom installer.
