I would like to learn how to use Sonic GDK with Unreal Editor 4.12. Is this possible or do I have to use UE3 in order to get started with this piece of software?
Also to get this out of the way I read the README. Legal stuff, things that I am not allowed to do, etc. etc… Just in case there’s some lawyer out there…
I know that, at least initally, SonicGDK was UE3, but I haven’t kept tabs on that project in some time. There’s probably better documentation and info on the Sonic Retro forums. You probably don’t need an account to access the thread for it.
Even still, UE3 was, and continues to be, some pretty robust software that you can likely jump right in to, if you’ve already become familiar witht any other recent version of the Engine. Worst case scenario, you might just learn something!
