I have replied also to your message sent via contact form.
Promo license is locked to a specific PC during the activation period. Once the activation period runs out, you can switch the license to another computer. You are allowed to do so 5 times per year.
For now, we offer floating licenses just via another virtual reseller, Steam, here: http://store.steampowered.com/app/489180/. However, it is possible to run this license only at one PC at the same time.
