I want to make Flickering Lamp light Material

I want to make this, use material.
I don’t need real light shadow, All I need is just emissive.

or like this.

But now, this is the only thing I can make.
This lamp flicks at slightly irregular intervals,
but flickering is too quick and continuously.
I don’t think it looks good.
