Hi, i am new and i want to make a climbing system. i want the player to be able to climbe just a small distance and to reset it if the player go on another wall, but i dont want to reset the distance if he jump and go back on the same wall, being able to clime to infinity. Any advices, maybe i can tag them somehow ?
You should be able to do it in either the blueprint or the scene. There is a Tag section. Maybe something like, If Facing Object with Climbable Tag then use Climb anim else use walk. Then maybe you could set it to increase z transform. But can you tag a wall. Yes.
