I want to fix the head when animating with a control rig in MetaHuman.

I am currently animating a MetaHuman character using a control rig.
I have a problem that I have been struggling with for a few days now and I would like to ask a question.

For example, let’s say I want to create an animation of a hula hoop spinning around a hip.

At this time, if the head is not fixed, an amateur like me could not create a proper animation.
So I have some questions.

  1. Is it possible to fix the head at that position like IK for hands and feet? (I have tried switching the FK/IK of the head, but in any case the head follows the position and angle of the body).

  2. Or, normally when I change the angle of spine01~03, the upper part of the body moves. But is there any way to move the lower part of the body instead of the upper part?

  3. If none of the above can be done, what do you all do when creating an animation like spinning a hula hoop?
