I want to create a killstreak system, where after 3 kills you get a health boost. How do I do this?

In my map, you start with 85 Health and 100 shield (health percentage to 100%) to allow for one pumps. Siphon is enabled which brings you back to max HP upon a kill. However, I want to add a system where, if you get 3 kills in a row, your health is changed to 125. How do I go about doing this?
