I want to change my email address, my email was hacked, I can't access it anymore

Summary

I want to change my email address, my email was hacked, I can’t access it anymore. I have purchased a lot of I items and I do not want the hacker to steal my account,
I tried changing it from the settings but it didn’t worked, it Insist on sending verification to the old email account in order to changing it to a newer email account, please help, I have the password to my Epic account and I’m already logged in.
or is there a way to transferee my licenses to a new epic account?

I already contacted support, but the issue is that they will send their response to my old email account, what can I do???

Unfortunately, account issues like this is handed by Player Support as outlined in the help documentation relating to this topic. You should be able to submit a recovery request to change the email address associated with your Epic Games account. The direct account recovery process can be found at: https://www.epicgames.com/id/login/recovery/help

It may also be worthwhile to reach out to the email provider and go through their account recovery process to regain control of the email you lost access to. If you regain control of that account, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication to reduce the risk of future account compromise.
