Anyway, I thought that 16k is the maximum texture size in RC. Where can you set 32k for export?
There is a 32k setting in the item to export 3D mesh
The answer is in the thread you linked!
You only have one single texture file with 16k and only 91% is used.
So it would not make any sense to create a 32k texture for the export because it would only be filled about 23%.
If you want a higher resolution, you need to create a new unwrap and re-texture.

Comparing the image rendered with RC with the exported texture, however, it is too blurry.
I suspected this to be a problem with the texture resolution outputting this.

The optimal texel size gives you an idea of the ideal unwrap…

Do you know something about the blurring of the Texture?
It’s either because the texel size is too big, respectively the resolution of the texture too small.
Or it is due to a not ideal alignment.
There are long threads with plenty of tips spread around the forum…
