I try to post a simple game in UE4 epic store, nobody answers back?

I did request it nobody answers me back? Help pls… I know it is not the right place in the forest but any idea on what other place ?

There is Epic Store for games (ready to play/use applications)
and there is Epic Marketplace for Unreal Engine, (source, plugins, models etc)

I think that selling on Epic Game store is not that easy, and marketplace does not sell games.
Maybe google knows how to sell on epic game store.
