I thought the EULA was supposted to be uninversal. [FAB]

OK, for context and clarification; I thought the EULA was global and had only to be acknowledged once; ever. Is this normal?

Starting last week; The EULA has started coming up whenever I add any asset to my library AND when I download the same asset to my project, even though I have already accepted it when adding the asset to the library.

Please let me know which is the way it should be; if it is global then there is something wrong with my Unreal Engine and what do I do to fix it… or … if it is working as intended now I will just have to deal with accepting to EULA’s twice for any one asset.
