Could you provide specific details about problem you’re experiencing? We can’t open random zipped files without knowing what we’re getting into, hope you understand.

I took a look at your log file, all I can see from that is that you are running Launcher and it is attempting self-update stage. I presume this means you are having a problem there?
However, according to log itself, it appears as though everything was running fine but application was closed after 6minutes, but downlaod did appear to be running ok until then. latest update is about 55MB in size and may take a while longer than that if your connection is not fast, some versions of launcher did have a problem where UI would look like update was stuck when really it was running slowly in background.
best and simplest fix for you will probably be to sign in to www.unrealengine.com and download latest msi for Launcher that way. latest launcher has fixes in it for problem that appears to make people get stuck when downloading as well.
If this doesn’t help please could you describe your problem in detail and up whole Logs folder to attach which will give us a lot more information too.
