What do I do? Do I submit the forms? I was never notified or warned about the presence of a release form, and I want to know what to do next.
I even searched while developing both projects to see if there was any credentials required and nothing came up. I also searched everywhere for an Email for Epic Games and found nothing.
I happen to me too 
, when I discovered it I filled it out, and I have never received any mail from epic either.
