I recently uploaded 2 new creative maps and i did the IARC questionar it did go threw but kids are not able to play my maps for some sort of reason. Is anyone having same issue? or if you have the solution can you please help me out...

I just hope someone can help me. This is my current ratings for both maps But other maps are playable for kids younger ages. My maps are literally common box fight and 1v1. If someone has a solution for the the map to be updated i would appreciate it.
