i purchased v-bucks last week on my xbox one. i got charged but the v-bucks never went into my fornite account. ive called microsoft to see if it can be fixed, the mentioned they see the chanrge but i would have to contact epic games, which i did and and an the email they send me links to follow up and everytime i click the link, it doesnt say anything.
