I purchased a 3d model but it didn't show up in my unreal library or inside Fab's my library

I purchased this - Furniture Sofa 3 (Modular). I have the Order number and receipts with me. Can anyone please get in touch with me?

There’s often a long lag before it shows up at the top of the FAB list.

If you search your own library in FAB, you should be able to find it.

If still not, then use the refresh button ( in the Launcher ), and try again
