I Published on fab and can't download the product.

Summary

I’ve published a new product on Fab and I wanted to test everything is OK, but I cannot download it. The web interface says at the same time that I have to add it to my library and that I own it. I’ve checked in the Fab library of Epic launcher it’s no there either.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Publish a product on Fab
  2. Go on the Fab product page and try to download it

Expected Result

I can download it into my pc .

Observed Result

i Can’t download it because it is not in my library and can’t add it into my library because i already own it (im the publisher)

Yes this is a known issue where sellers cant download their own product(exception of migrated product from ue marketplace).

Did you get your issue fixed?

Nope, they dont work on weekend so am guessing next week.

It look like it a very small team so am not expecting a quick hotfix sadly.

I guess epic was better, Fab is way too complicated.
