I am working on a 3D Mesh of drone Images. I have over 3000 images but there are 2 major components and several small components that I want to combine. I created control points between the components. In the list of images under control points, some are in error with a measurement in pixels. I have tried adjusting the control points in the 2D images. Some errors resolved easily but some indicate a huge error, yet look perfect to me in the 2D images. How important is this error? Is yellow ok? should i delete all red errors? Or if I place them where I want a re-align, will it recalculate somehow?
Hi Stan,
this could be a result of bad alignment. Ideally, it is a good way to have all CP errors under 1 px (so no yellow or red triangles).
If you are sure with the control point position on the image, you can provide a new alignment, to see if the issue was solved.
If there is a still red/yellow triangle, then it is a good option to delete that measurement.
