No… 2 of the Plugins will Mirror your Animations. And the other one helps you to Import characters from Mixamo. So if you looking to Animate your Characters I can´t recommand any of those. Learn more about Animations in General before you buy anything

No they don´t help you to install anything. If you use Mixamo Characters one will help you to import them correctly. The other two just Mirror your animations. They don´t make anything easier for you (except Mirror and Import Mixamo Characters). They don´t make you Animate the Characters. They don´t Setup any Animation States for you. Thats why I told you to lookup Animations.
