I only need the PNG Icons sized 1024 х 1024 avatars. But I have no idea how to get to them. I’ve installed all the software but I just can not get to these files. How do I pull them up?

That’s because you purchased AI slop from a scammer. That account only posts AI slop that isn’t usable or accessible. I think you should be asking Epic for your money back instead. Tell them that you have not received what you have paid for.
If the seller has sold you png and marked them or converted them into UE assets then it’s a scam. @ClockworkOcean Can you get someone to assist this guy?
