i need some advice for exporting my animation from maya and then import animation into unreal

Hello guys how are you
i do character animation in maya and iam importing it as fbx … and then re importing from my new fbx source the animation in the existing UE4 mannequin samples (( walk-idle-run-etc )) … i do know how to import animation to the mannequin
so what i need to understand is … as iam not so good at programming or the blueprint system … can you guys referee a tutorial or document for the process of importing animation and making blueprint to make sure the speed and animation offset and animation behave and blend right
