I have two components one castle exterior and the other interior
one room in the castle. Both components have GCP points in the GPS.
Is it possible to connect them without joint photos only with GCPs?
In the end, I merged it through common points.
But GPS points from the measurement should be easier and more accurate.

yes, it is possible. You need to place GCPs on their positions, set them as Ground control and write or import their coordinates into RealityCapture. Then just re-align the scene and the components should be on their positions. Also it depends how many GCPs are you using.
