I already wrote support but im not sure if they can help.
My Map got taken down yesterday. First I didnt saw the reason so I wrote an Appeal. After that I saw the Reason but i couldn’t cancel anymore.
Anyways the Appeal has been reviewed and approved. The problem is now: I got instand another sanction with the whole project being banned for a reason i never had anything on my map. Can Please Some1 who can help Answer me here or help me out?
Would be really nice bc I didnt broke the rules which are in the Reason rn.

Can you unpack " for a reason i never had anything on my map" a bit more? What was the reason your map was taken down the first time? Are you being sent screen-shots of the offending content? Are you able to publish a new version of your map?

The first Takedown reason where Song Covers. They shown a word whih is not allowed and a person. Okay I understand that but after that the map got banned for some 18+ Stuff. (The appeal changed the reason to that.) I never had smth like that on my map. Never. And I dont want to lose my map because of that.
And nope the map is completely disabled for everything rn…
You’re saying that the second takedown was from ‘18+ stuff’ that you never had on your map, but were those assets imported/in your content browser? I think they usually cite a specific rule or a specific asset.
If so, it might be a situation where Epic has rules about hosting adult content on revision control servers.

Yes, you can add pictures to this thread. (I’m unsure what you mean by 18+, so maybe exercise discretion if need be)

Oh wow - It looks like it went from ‘creative island restriction’ to ‘creative project ban’ after the appeal was reviewed.

Nope. I cant open it in UEFN or create.fortnite.com
I think the most straightforward solution would be to create a support ticket with the ‘Island Creator Program’ section of the Creator support form. Hopefully they will be able to review your project ban.
Another solution might be to create a new project and copy assets from your old project. Since you can’t open the project, you’d need to go to WhereYouStoreUEFNProjects\YourProjectName\Plugins\YourProjectName\Content and copy files over.

I tried the support with the others tag but they even don’t mention the permanent ban now. And if I try to get the data it doesn’t show anything in the editor. Is it possible that I need to change smth?
If you’re unable to open your project, that’s something that’s being controlled externally. So be sure to let them know that you believe your project was wrongfully locked, and that it is still in a locked state.
For moving assets - I just did a test with a mesh (.uasset) and it was successful. So try with just one asset first to make sure you’re doing it right.
Hey! I am german so i tried the german support.
Would you recommend that I try an English ticket? And should I do live chat or email? Or would it be possible for you to get an Epic employee into the thread and have them check it out? And do you have discord to write to you about the new project?
I like to imagine that all support languages have the same training. (Specifically, training in the bridge between moderation and support assuming such a bridge exists) I also think that email would allow time for them to do more research on the issue.
@Flak is the employee on here who could potentially look into this.
Instead of Discord, I’d create a new thread about migrating assets to a new project, that way others might be helped by that conversation in the future.
