I need help with my Landscape, and myabe wolrd Partition

Hi, I could use some help with Unreal Engine 5.

When I create a landscape with World Partition enabled, it starts glitching. At first, everything looks fine, but when I reopen the level, the landscape texture is broken. I don’t even have a texture assigned anymore—it just says “None”—but it still looks different. In the first World Partition tile, it looks correct, like the material is supposed to, but in all the others it appears brighter.

It doesn’t matter what I do—if I assign a new material to the landscape, it still happens. Restarting the engine doesn’t fix it either. I don’t know what the issue is and could really use some help.
