I need help with a Bug (viewport is rotating all the time)

Hello everyone i have the strange bug that the viewport rotates all the time does anyone knows how to fix this ?

Is there maybe a key combination i can press to turn it off or maybe a setting ?

this looks like a controller or other input device might be plugged in and a joystick is tilted over.

Yes that was the problem it took me hours to figure this out xD
