I need help to understand what i do wrong with character's rig and setting IK

So i am an artist and i am new in UE. I make my 3d model of robot. rigged it and exported to Unreal. I watched a lot of guides and i cant understand what i did wrong.
I want to apply IK to characters arms and legs, but when i apply make new control to Hand_l bone and make Full body IK with Root bone it makes arm look too wierd, it’s like taking full body with arm, chain amount doesn’t help, strength and etc. too.
This model was made in blender with basic metahuman rig.

Could have to do with the way your bones are parented.

That most definitely isn’t a standard metahuman rig - Or there would not be limes indicating parenting between the shoulder and the hip.

I dont know if this good or bad, but legs and arms are parented with offset, they also turn when i turn spine of my character

I also tried IK on original epic’s mannequin and it works fine, with the same properties, maybe i should just copy epic’s rig and rerig my character

That’s always a good idea… you can’t change the structure though, only size and position.
If you leave rotations alone the retargeting is easy.
