I have an offroad vehicle model, I just started unreal. I don’t know enough to write a tool. I want to do an offroad vehicle mechanic. Is there any assets I can customize if it’s not easy enough for me to do?

Unreal has a built in vehicle template that does have an offroad vehicle you can modify to meet your needs. You can add the template directly into the project you are working on.

That entirely depends on what you are trying to achieve. Unfortunately there is no guarantee that there is a solution that is perfect out of the box, nor that accomplishing your goal will be easy.
