You could export them from blender to some universal 3d model file that UEFN supports (eg .fbx) and import that into UEFN,
Or if you wish to skip blender altoghether you can directly migrate an asset from UE to UEFN by using the migrate option and selecting the content folder of your project

I think Mineblo misread the question. To export from UE or UEFN to Blender, just export the .fbx (Asset Actions → Export, visible in Mineblos screenshot)

Doing something as simple as ‘editing the textures’ should definitely be accomplishable with the Unreal modeling tools though. Let us know if you want any guidance for how to do it in-engine.
