I missclicked to the UEFN licence instead of Unreal

Summary

I got a pack from Humble Bundle, and missclicked to the UEFN licence instead of Unreal while redeeming the code. Now it seems I have no way from FAB to fix that nor acquire the Unreal Licence since FAB considers I already have the pack in my library :frowning:

Acquiring the pack with UEFN licence, then try to buy the Unreal licence

Expected Result

Being able to either upgrade or buy the Unreal Licence. Best would even be to fix it by converting to the UE licence :slight_smile:

How did you redeem it?

When I buy humble bundle packs I redeem them on the Epic Account Page and it never asked me the type of license it is it just says ‘redeem product X’ and I just assumed it is whatever humble bundle states that is is. :slight_smile: Sounds more like the humble bundle license might be wrong and is a UEFN license instead of the stated FAB professional one (I’m just guessing though)
