I just opened this program for the first time hoping to play some fortnite on my laptop, and it just crashed, and all I did was open it, how do i fix this so I can just play some Fortnite

After just downloadfing epic games lancher trying to play fornite, it just keeps crashing and I don’t know why. Please Help
