I just bought the Twin Motion Seat package for $445 and when I launch twinmotion, I don't have access to the cloud. It shows on the licensing and pricing that I should have access to it?!!

is there a contact support phone number in which i can call? I launch it exactly from the same account and in the epic games launcher but still having that same issue.
