Hello ,
Thank you for posting in the community and recommend you fully uninstall and try to reinstall. Could you please uninstall the current plugin by going to the Add/Remove programs.
Then open Archicad and go to the Add-on manager to make sure there is not Datasmith plugin listed there.
Once uninstalled please download and process to install the latest one from here:
