I installed the new version of TwinMotion available and I really liked it and had no problems until one day I opened my app and it was pointing at the sky and it wouldn't stop spinning. I was trying to move the view to the sky but nothing was working.

I checked if my keyboard had a fault but neither
When asking a friend if she could open my file, this error appears, and also, this error spread to all my twinmotion worked files
Thank you for reaching out, for the first issue please try deleting the Config folder and verifying Twinmotion's files as shown in our Twinmotion is not visible after splash screen article. This will reset Twinmotion to a default configuration and ensure that it does not have any missing or corrupted files.
For the crash, this appears to be from opening the file in a previous version than it is currently formatted in. Twinmotion project files will not be backwards compatible, and would need to be opened in the version that they were created in or newer. If the file(s) were created in 2023.1 Preview 1, please try opening them in this version.
