I installed the edu 2023 version recently and I just realized that when using quixel materials, they are not downloaded effectively, throwing a download error, does anyone know what it could be?

If this issue is still happening for you, please submit a bug report at https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page so our support team can investigate. Please share a copy of the Twinmotion.log file generated after this error happens (Where to find Twinmotion .log file), as this will be necessary for troubleshooting.

In the meantime, one thing to check first is to make sure none of the Quixel services in the Twinmotion Requirements for remote services article are being blocked by your network/firewall.
