I have a character imported. I’m under the retarget sources tab. I don’t see anything about set up rig or anything. Honestly I don’t know what to do after imported the character.

You should try one of our free online courses! This one is specifically for setting up a control rig! 
Thank you for that. I think this is way over my head lol. I got a character from the marketplace. I have it running with the mannequin. I’m not sure what else to do lol.

I really appreciate it. That helped a lot. Now I just need to figure out how to copy the animations from default actor for the imported actor I downloaded.

Go ahead and make a new post since this specific issue is resolved, so others can benefit if they’re searching the forum for the new specific issue!
Before you do that, look up “Animation Retargeting”. Save your project AS A BACKUP, SOMEWHERE ELSE before messing around with the retargeting, so you don’t lose the precious progress you’ve made with your rig!
