I have exported it as every type of file that twin motion can import as well as a sketch up and Rhino File. No matter what its Importing in as, it comes in as a infinity long rectangle nothing like the terrain shape that it is meant to be.

Thank you for posting in the community your question. At this time the import Landscape works best with the heightmap or points options. We are working on improving this feature but if you need to import the FBX topo you can do so from the import menu.
One thing that could be problematic is the distance of the Vectorworks/FBX model as it's very far from the origin and that will cause issues as elements should be close to the 0,0,0 in order to avoid issues.
