i have attached the log file for dependency walker… btw i have tried a few solution such as reinstalling the vc++ and manually install the missing dlls… however these 2 dlls icuin53 and icuuc53 cannot be found and the closest info i obtained it is from libre office 4 but the dll is for 32bit system any suggestion? thanks
