Editing the duration and speed of a video is not an option anymore
The speed can only be adjusted on frame 01

Thank you for posting your question in the community and there is a change in terms of the UI and terminology since that video but the overall speed controls are still the same.
Each Part (was called Clip) has it's own overall time, depending on how many keyframes are in each the speed will be less or more.
I recommend you check the Lakehouse Demo scene to see how the animations are setup as there are Clip which have different time length.

It is so fantastic to be able to ask assistance and the right reply is sent in return. I did not realize that the + button next to the play button was different from the + button next to the last image saved.
