I have just installed the Datasmith Exporter for Revit and it is not showing on my revit ribbon?

When you ran the installer for the plugin, did you receive an error message or did the installer say the installation was successful?

If the installation was successful, try checking the file paths in the Datasmith Exporter Plugin Installation - File Paths and Accessing Logs for Revit article to make sure that both the Datasmith folder and .addin files are present. If the Datasmith folder is empty, or if the .addin file is missing, the plugin won't function. Missing files could be a result of the files being removed by your antivirus program after installation.

If there was an error during installation, try checking to see if the error matches any of the ones listed in the Datasmith Exporter Plugin Installer Common Errors on Windows OS article and follow the instruction listed for Revit.
